 Math: Our class had a great banana split party. I appreciate the students that worked hard to learn and pass of multiplication facts. A special thanks to Mrs.Griffiths and Mrs. Medina for coming and helping our class to complete our times tables.

Reading: Our students our continuing to work on vocabulary and stories that go with the Harcourt program. Please have your student read aloud to you nightly. Third grade is a critical time for learning and practicing reading.

The story this week is called Cocoa Ice.  Our spelling words are in the homework folder.

Language: We will continue to work on word work in class using vowel combinations. Students will be given an assessment on these third grade words.

Computers: We have been learning how to take Utips testing. Students are practicing working out problems.

Writing: Students are combining three paragraphs for third quarter. They are continuing to practice connecting words. in cursive.
